By way of Louisville, KY comes the Occult Heavy Metal sounds of Savage Master !! Having formed in 2013, the members are Stacey Peak – Vocals, Adam Neal – Guitar,Larry Myers – Guitar, Brandon Brown – Bass, and Zach Harris – Drums
Their debut full length LP release “Mask of the Devil” is a ripper. If you are more of the youtube type then check out the cut “Death Rides the Highway“. Somehow they ended up on SKOL Records outta Poland, haha. And if you want a Vinyl LP…it was released on Van Records outta Germany. The artwork is by legendary French artist Chris Moyen, responsible for iconic artworks of bands such as BEHERIT or BLASPHEMY, and who recently also worked with acts such as SLAYER and POSSESSED. if ya wanna go the DIGITAL route, looks like BandCamp is your best bet.
As for the show at the Lost Well….the band disappeared after setting up the instruments….to get transformed into SAVAGE MASTER. Stacey’s vocals are spot on for OCCULT METAL, haha. The double guitar attack with the spry bass player pouncing about ruled.
